Interventional Cardiology

Dr. Gurung completed his fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He then completed advanced fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology at the University of Connecticut Hartford Hospital. He is Board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and in Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Gurung practices at the Seguin office and provides all aspects of interventional cardiology procedures, including cardiac catheterization and coronary stent placement, at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center in Seguin. His goal is to establish strong continuity with his patients and provide comprehensive cardiac care—from preventive medicine management to acute inpatient care. He values serving the people of Seguin and building a strong relationship with the community.
